Shipping Timeline
Once an order is successfully placed on the official Yettbea website, it is typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery Services
Yettbea provides shipping services within the United States. We utilize various carriers—including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS)—and will ship your order from the warehouse closest to your location.

Scheduled Delivery
Because we rely on third-party logistics providers, we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific date; unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or operational delays, may occasionally cause your delivery to be delayed by a day or so. Furthermore, we are unable to schedule a specific delivery date for your shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number so you can stay updated once an estimated delivery date becomes available.

Shipping Costs
Orders that meet the threshold for free shipping qualify for this benefit. If the shipping cost falls within our free-shipping subsidy limit, your order will be shipped at no extra charge; if the shipping cost exceeds this limit, you will only be responsible for the amount that exceeds the subsidy.
Note: Certain products may be subject to different free-shipping promotions. At checkout, our system will automatically identify and apply the best available free-shipping offer. Additionally, we may occasionally run exclusive free-shipping promotions for specific items in our store.

Packaging and Storage
You may use any suitable box to return our products; however, if you have the space, we recommend keeping the original packaging, as this is often the most convenient way to return items to us.
