Warranty
Yettbea 100-Day Limited Pillow Warranty
This agreement applies only to products purchased on the official Yettbea.com website。
Your new Yettbea pillow comes with a 100-day limited warranty (the "Pillow Warranty"). This limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. The terms of the Yettbea Pillow Warranty were last updated on October 19, 2026.
A. Products Covered by This Limited Pillow Warranty
This limited warranty applies to pillows manufactured and sold through the official Yettbea website.
B. Who Is Covered by This Pillow Warranty
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the pillow who is located in the United States. Customers who purchase a pillow through other Yettbea channels or use the pillow for commercial purposes (e.g., in a hotel or retail establishment) are not covered by this limited warranty.
All Yettbea warranties, including any implied warranties, remain valid only as long as the pillow is owned by the original purchaser. For the purposes of this warranty, the "original purchaser" is the individual who first purchased the pillow from the official Yettbea website. Please retain your original order number as proof of purchase. All Yettbea limited warranties are non-transferable.
C. Yettbea Limited Pillow Warranty and Liability
Yettbea warrants that, for a period of 100 days from the date of purchase, the pillow—when used in a home environment for its intended purpose—will be free from defects in materials and workmanship ("Defects").
D. What Is Covered by This Limited Pillow Warranty
This limited warranty covers damage resulting from defects in workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations set forth in these warranty terms.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Normal softening or settling of materials, or any other form of normal wear and tear.
Personal comfort preferences.
Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover materials—including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains—where the defect is a result of such abuse or damage. Damage resulting from commercial use (e.g., in hotels or retail stores).
The resale of any pillow (regardless of whether it was manufactured by Yettbea) by an unauthorized retailer is prohibited.
In the event of a defect, Yettbea’s sole and exclusive liability—and your sole remedy under this limited pillow warranty—shall be, at Yettbea’s discretion, the repair or replacement of the pillow or pillow cover, provided that you fulfill the obligations set forth in the "Your Responsibilities" section below.
E. Your Responsibilities
Should a defect arise, you must return the pillow to Yettbea and provide proof of the original purchase order number and date to qualify for coverage under this limited pillow warranty. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the pillow. Documentation of the defect and any claims must be submitted to the designated warranty address. Yettbea will repair or replace the pillow—determined on a case-by-case basis—and return it to you.
Any replaced or repaired pillow remains subject to the same limited warranty terms as the original. If you receive a replacement or repaired pillow, the warranty period continues to be calculated from the date of the original purchase.
F. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pillow is provided "as is." This warranty, along with any implied warranties, constitutes your sole and exclusive warranty and supersedes all other warranties or conditions, whether express or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other rights, which vary by state or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law—except as otherwise provided in this limited pillow warranty—Yettbea and its suppliers shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for the procurement of substitute products or for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from or related to the pillow or its use by you or any third party, whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), indemnification, product liability, or any other legal theory. This limitation applies even if Yettbea has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of whether any limited remedy fails its essential purpose. Yettbea’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the pillow that gave rise to such liability.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
G. Arbitration
In general, you and Yettbea agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this pillow warranty, Yettbea’s Terms and Conditions, or the purchase, receipt, ordering, or use of any Yettbea product shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as further detailed in Yettbea’s Terms and Conditions and this agreement. Arbitration proceedings are less formal than court litigation. Arbitration involves a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury, the scope of discovery may be more limited than in court, and judicial review of an arbitration award is highly restricted. An arbitrator may award the same damages and relief as a court. This arbitration agreement covers all claims arising from or relating to this pillow warranty, Yettbea’s Terms and Conditions, or the purchase, receipt, ordering, or use of any Yettbea product—whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory—regardless of whether the claim arises during or after the term of this pillow warranty. You understand and agree that by accepting these terms, both you and Yettbea waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
Exceptions. Notwithstanding the "General Provisions" section above, nothing in this arbitration agreement shall be construed as a waiver, exclusion, or other limitation on the right of either party to: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court; or (b) pursue legal action in a court of general jurisdiction to address claims of intellectual property infringement.
Arbitrator. Any arbitration between you and Yettbea shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (collectively, the “AAA Rules”), as modified by this arbitration provision. You may obtain the AAA Rules and filing forms online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879, or by contacting Yettbea. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.
Notice; Procedure. A party intending to initiate arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute (“Notice”) to the other party via U.S. Mail and email. Yettbea’s email address for such notices is hsccshopify@163.com. The Notice must: (a) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (b) specify the particular relief sought (the “Demand”). The parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve the claim directly; however, if the parties fail to reach a settlement agreement within 30 days of receipt of the Notice, either you or Yettbea may commence arbitration proceedings. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by you or Yettbea shall not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator has rendered a final award (if any). If the dispute is ultimately resolved through arbitration in your favor, Yettbea will pay you the greater of: (i) the amount awarded by the arbitrator (if any); (ii) the last written settlement amount offered by Yettbea to resolve the dispute prior to the arbitrator’s award; or (iii) the dollar value of the product.
Fees. If you initiate arbitration proceedings under these terms, Yettbea will reimburse you for any filing fees you have paid, unless your claim exceeds $15,000 or as otherwise provided below—in which case, the payment of any fees shall be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Any arbitration hearing will take place in New York, New York, at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties; however, if your claim is for $15,000 or less, you may choose to have the arbitration conducted: (a) solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator; (b) through a non-appearance telephonic hearing; or (c) by an in-person hearing in the county (or parish) of your billing address, in accordance with AAA rules. If the arbitrator determines that your claim or the relief sought is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Rule 11(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure), the payment of all fees shall be governed by the AAA rules. In such an event, you agree to reimburse Yettbea for any amounts it previously paid that would otherwise have been your responsibility under the AAA rules. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator must issue a reasoned written decision explaining the essential findings and conclusions upon which the award—and any relief granted—is based. The arbitrator may rule on the payment and reimbursement of fees or expenses at any time during the proceedings, or upon a request made by either party within 14 days of the arbitrator’s ruling on the merits of the case.
Class Action Waiver. You and Yettbea agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Furthermore, unless you and Yettbea agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person, nor may they otherwise preside over any form of representative or class action. The arbitrator may only award declaratory or injunctive relief to a claimant, and only to the extent necessary to address that claimant’s individual claim.
Enforceability. If the provision titled “Prohibition of Class Actions” is found to be unenforceable, or if this entire arbitration agreement is deemed unenforceable, then the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void. In such an event, the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue provisions set forth below shall apply to any litigation arising out of or relating to this pillow warranty, the Yettbea Terms and Conditions, or the purchase, receipt, ordering, or use of any Yettbea product.
Governing Law; Venue. This pillow warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules. If any litigation or court proceeding is permitted under this pillow warranty, you and Yettbea agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York City, New York.
H. Governing Law
This limited pillow warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
